| DNS problems 30% of queries will fail - why? |

No results, so asked for refund, they said that the problem was with our DNS and sent me to squish to check it for myself. They're correct that there does seem to be a problem. But I checked the BBC website which showed similar errors. Also checked other sites, some of which are fine, some not depending on the hosting. My hosting company is looking into it but if any one has any thoughts......................

msg:692787 | 1:17 pm on Feb 22, 2003 (gmt 0) | There is a clear problem with some whois databases for .org domains. I noticed that several of them will give a timeout, despite the supposed "successful" redirect to the new .org registry.
