Generally speaking, you need a database of all the domain names and their expiration dates. The registrars have this information, plus some other entities, usually associated with a registrar for the purpose of putting these kinds of lists on the market.

If you search on Google for 'list of expiring domain names', you'll get plenty of results, some offering a free search service, some asking for money. The same thing goes for 'expired' domains.

Hope this helps!

Dean,

I take it you are referring to UK domains, if so!

No Chance.

Nominet caught on to what was happening a few months back, and now do NOT share this sensitive data to people as far as I am aware.

Good luck though, and if its generic .co.uk domains you want, I might know someone who can help.
