I am in a bit of a dilema with BuyDomains.com I purchased a domain from BD on the 4th of June, and have now tried to transfer it away 4 times, every single attempt has failed.
Specifically, After initiating the transfer with 123-Reg (my primary domain registrar, who resell from OpenSRS) I get the email from OpenSRS (The registrar i'm transfering to) asking me to verify I want to do the transfer, I fill the transfer web page as normal and confirm I want to transfer.
The next thing that happens is a few days later in my 123-reg control panel i see a message saying:
"Cancelled - pending retry: The transfer has been cancelled (by yourself or the current provider). Please restart the transfer or cancel it completely to gain a refund."
I certainly havent cancelled it!
I've emailed BuyDomains multiple times, and all they say is 'try again', or give some excuse about the domain servers were changing at the time, but try again and it should go through.
Well, I keep trying, and i'm not getting anywhere.
- I am the Admin/Billing/Tech contact for the domain
- The domain is 'unlocked', the global whois looks like this:
