The dns is set to the registar's default servers. I should get a welcome page. The URL's do not ping or tracert either. It seems that the DNS info is not out there on the root servers yet. Maybe I'll look at the bright side, at least my registrar put in the applications I paid for!

Is there a list somewhere of all the registrars accredited for .info/.biz? I don't see it on icann if it is there.

Check [nic.biz...] and [afilias.info...] However, the .info registry is out of service until further notice. It's been down for two days.

I generally use a Tucows reseller (OpenSRC) and they've got them, so Tucows is. I wrote asking if there were problems with resolving the names and got this reply: There should not be any difficulty in resolving them. Only problem is, if
the name server that is being assigned is not in the database it takes a
couple of days for it to be updated. |

My preregistered .infos resolve for at least 36 hours now, got two real good ones.
