I mentioned here [webmasterworld.com] about the .as domain from American Samoa being used by Norwegian Companies as asecond choice of domain name, and it appears the same may be possible for German companies. According to a CNN report here [cnn.com], Register.com "plans to offer the Internet domains ".ag" and ".sc" to the general public".
"The ".ag" domain could hold particular appeal to German businesses, who commonly use the suffix as a business designation similar to "Inc." or "Corp."."
