|My domain has expired and is in the grace period|
My registrar is not replying to emails. What should I do?
My domain expired earlier this month.
The email address I used when I last renewed it doesn't exist anymore and the registrar doesn't have a login area for domains bought before 2004.
I therefore can't find a way to renew it.
I submitted a support ticket but they don't reply.
Has a none else been in this spot, and is there anything else I can do?
Is the company you bought your domain from a reseller for one of the major registrars?
You should be able to ascertain this by looking at the WHOIS details for your domain.
I have, and lost my domain because I didn't pursue all avenues. I'd phone and fax them immediately.

Whois says the registrar: ICANN Registrar: ENOM, INC.
and then goes on to list my web host where I registered it.
It also says Status: REGISTRAR-LOCK
Does any of this help?
Submit a support ticket to Enom and explain the problem. Their help desk is very friendly and supportive.
I've tried but there is no facility to do this unless I'm an Enom reseller. Their help page just has a look up tool for my reseller - I still stuck :(
Sign up for a free account then raise a support request. You don't have to buy a domain name to get an account with them.
