Buying old websites with PR

How do you go about finding an old website that has decent PR (4 or above) that has an owner who's willing to sell it? I'm having trouble as people are so attached to their websites, even if they're not ranking for any keywords and barely making any money.
Has anybody here used something like a "domain broker", perhaps someone they can pay a fee or a commission, to find old websites in a specific sector that still have decent PR (4 or above), which are for sale? If such a service exists, I'd be very interested.

I'm not aware of such a service and if one existed it would likely do well not to advertise its services on the www. Besides, the best I've been able to divine is that it's the quality of the IBL that you need to be concerned about, not pure PR and any site that manages to attract legitimate quality (not paid) IBLs also likely not for sale.

There are several domain forums that traffic in websites. You will have no trouble finding them using any search engine.

Well I sold 5 PR 5 web sites on Linkshare about 2 weeks ago. All DMOZ listed for at least a year. I feel they went for a song but I needed the money.

I was considering going into the DMOZ listed site creation business if the money was there.
