Yes,I seen. Just Google search for .se domain manteiner in your Country: Try to type ".se domain manteiner in Sweden" or "Sweden .se domain manteiner" as keyword.

I know that Surftown are good and cheap. I use the Danish for serval domains and it works fine. [surftown.se...]

[nic.se...] Nic-SE is the official domain name provider and database maintainer for .se addresses. All applications must go through them. They don't sell domains, but administrate them. Use any of their domain representatives to do the acutal registration process. I'm not 100% sure foreign citizens can register .se domains (I'm swewdish).
