So much for checking a domain twice a day - somehow one I have spent the last 6 months waiting for has been taken by someone else - whois says a korean company called "NETPIA.COM" it also strangely says "Please register domain name at www.ibi.net".

Looking at the site its all in Korean so i'm stumped - can anyone help?
