The most amazing thing about eCompanies' $7.5 million purchase of the domain name Business.com at the height of the e-commerce craze last December is that it just might have been worth it.
Business.com has received 210 million impressions since the purchase was announced. And while the company won't say what its current traffic is, that's an awful lot of potential users. Not bad for a site that just officially launched in June. For $7.5 million, that's pretty effective advertising.
