| View website from non-U.S. IP address?

Can someone tell me specifically how to view a website from a non-U.S. IP address, directly? Proxys dont work with my firewall. Is there any web based service or specific way to do this otherwise? Thanks!

Have you tried going through a proxy by using [anonymizer.com...] or a similar type prog?
