| Cloaking Dynamic Images Should I? |

Currently I am caching the image if that particular image has been called at least 5 times as I don't want 35,000 images in my cache directory. I was thinking of serving up a blank image of the same dimensions if the useragent is of a well know spider to both save system resources and stopping that image from being cached. Should I? Or is it not worth the risk of being banned?
