Does anyone know if there is a company or an individual that provides constantly updated lists of IP ranges of all major spiders (and their office IP ranges as well)? I would gladly pay for something like that if there is a service level agreement guaranteeing accuracy and freshness.

There is a company or companies that do that, but bringing up names is forbidden by the rules of this forum [webmasterworld.com] and the terms of service [webmasterworld.com] of WebmasterWorld. Maybe you could try searching for them.
