Using MS Script Encoder to hide links
Good way to hide links from search engines?

MS Script Encoder might be a simple and effective way to hide certain links from the search engines. But what percentage of the internet surfer will decode the link properly? What do you think?

By searching "Google Groups" I found the following statement in a message dated 8/18/02:

*Only* IE can decode those scripts. Even with IE, the client needs at least v5.0
of the script engines which generally (but not necessarily) means IE 5.0 or
higher...
