Since they have not replied, especially in that length of time, I would not consider the product any further. I've done that with web hosts when checking them out. I'll write first, and based on the response (or lack of it) I'll either consider them or forget it. Are you familiar with cloaking, or have experience with it? There are a number of good scripts available, some free and some moderate in cost that are supposed to have very good support.
