A hobby site so the cheaper the better, but I will pay for quality.

here are some of the things I need:

1. 24/7 Free phone support
2. 100 Mb webspace
3. at least 2Gb transfer
4. CGI
5. Perl (latest version)
6. 24/7 FTP
7. the lowest downtime possible

All recommendations appreciated.

This is Urgent.

Thanks in advance

Dazz

I use fatcow.com. I believe their one plan will meet or exceed your requirements.

dellhost.com is where I've had our site for almost 2 years now and I'm very happy with their service.

I don't think these guys even have a phone, hand-holding is definitely not in their game plan. But I've been with them (dedicated server, no other business interest) almost 5 years now and everything works.

I've been very happy with rtshosting.com, since I recently moved my site there.

I am looking into all of these suggestions

I have to move 57 domains and 17 websites tomorrow morning due to the current host [*bleep*] being the worst company I have ever dealt with. My logs have not worked for over a week

I can't believe it

This is stress I don't need :(

Thanks for the comments

If you plan to move 57 domains, I would recommend to use BurstNet dedicated server.

I am also having dedicated server over there and benefits are just too many to mention, but I am sure, just three would be enough.

1) Ability to host unlimited domains. (depending upon HD you have)
2) Unlimited IP Addresses
3) You can have unlimited sub domains.

Hope this info will help.

I've used Pair.com for over a year, multiple websites.

I find them excellent.

I don't use the telephone support but I always get a quick response on email.
