Your site is definitly there. There is just some confusion with the frameset.

Here's your code:
<html>
<head>
<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="NOINDEX,FOLLOW">
</head>
<frameset rows="99%,1" border="0">
<frame name="site" src="http://www.littlewebwizard.com">
<frame name="invisible" noresize>
</frameset>
<noframes>
<body>
<p align="center">
<a href="http://www.littlewebwizard.com">Click here to continue</a></p>
</body>
</noframes>
</html>
This web forwarding page has been set-up according to the
guidelines on Robots META tags, which should allow most
META search engines to scan your actual site. Please
note that not all search engines search for META tags and
there is no way around this using web forwarding.

To check the syntax of your META tags using a META tag
validator, please use the actual address of your webspace,
as they only check the first page and do not understand Robots META tags.

For starter's the content should be in <html> tags. Also your frameset doesn't call any pages to be displayed and the one link you do have goes back to the frameset. Kind of a vicous circle. I recommend you do a little reading up on framesets. Your close - you just need a couple more elements.

Yes, you're page IS blank. That's because your code is written to make it blank. Open your site in your web browser (I'm assuming IE) and click on 'View' and then 'Source'.....you'll see the code for that page. Somewhere in there you'll notice the word 'invisible'........

little - your page IS uploaded. Your code is faulty and will display properly. If there was no page there you would get a 'page not found' error instead of the blank page you see on your screen.

Food for thought - if you page didn't upload how did I get your code? ;)

Your problem is here:
<frame name="site" src="http://www.littlewebwizard.com">
Your frame is loading itself . So your frame is loading a frame which is in turn loading a frame and so on.
Want to have some fun? Lode it in netscape and see what happens.
So if you fix the frame tag to point to the frame page you will fix the problem
It should look something like this.
<frame name="site" src="http://www.littlewebwizard.com/main.html">
or
<frame name="site" src="http://www.littlewebwizard.com/top.html">
or something like that.

i have a little extra info that i havent said that may clear it up so u will be able to help me. 1st of all i registered my domain (lit.... u know the url) with a uk company called cheapernames and 1st set up forwarding with it.(this is causeing the trouble, i think) because it comes up that its forawardedto www.littlewebwizard.com so its a visios circle like oilman said. But thats not the end after cheapernames i got together with thinkhost .com to host my site instead of forwarding. But when i tranfered my domain it still has the forwarding from (f***ing) cheapernames because they did not tranfer it propaly. i still cant upload my site, and tried to contact cheapernames.

i think im doin the right thing because it says it keeps on forwarding round in the source code.
pretty complicated for a 12 year old ya think. lol

please get back with some advice everyone, thanks

little web wizard ;)

littlewebwizard - If you like, send (email) me your ftp info and I'll fix it for you.

It is the frame thing, and should be very simple to fix.
