My client wants to install live web cam at his site. It is supposed to be sort of "big brother" live on internet. Can anybody explain how it is done. Is co-location the best option. Can anybody recommed hosting company?

If it's for security reasons, I'd recommend giving SecureEye a look. They can store all images on their server and run change-detection software to filter the frames that indicate, say, a person entering the office.

Hi Jaga and welcome to WebmasterWorld.

Here [developers.webcamworld.com] might be a good start.

Thanks Nicebloke. The site looks very interesting. Do you know of any good hosting companies?
