Thanks for replying. I think you get me wrong.
I don't want to install a blog, but I need a section where my visitor can submit their comments on widgets. Imaging there's a page reviewing a widget, then at bottom got a section where visitor can submit findings or commments on that widget. Any place that I can get resoures regarding this? Thanks Lowkei

do you absolutely need to host the comment section on your site? How about Haloscan? Or linking to the gabbly version of your widget-review page?
