We want to use some random file extensions (to make something worth on our internal search engine) but don't know if totally random file extensions will be excluded from the external search engines. So do search engines state which file extensions CAN be included or do they state the ones that CAN'T be included.
Say we use .pop - if they have a system that excludes everything APART FROM .html, .shtml etc then it won't work. BUT if they list all the ones to exclude and .pop is not on this list then it should get listed.
If anyone can help with this I would be most grateful.
