URL Redirection or URL Frame Forwarding
Is there a downside?

I posted this in the Private Forums but got no reply and thought here might be more appropriate.

In view of the burgeoning developments of the last few months, with emerging new search models, shifting algorithms and perhaps even the diminishing of page rank significance, all of which may be reshaping search engine dynamics, is there a downside these days to (re)directing keyword focused domain URLs to a target website.

And is URL frame forwarding, in which your domain name remains displayed, better than URL redirection to another targeted website (which might be considered cloaking?)?

Assuming the new domain names are thematic, meaning related keyword phrases, how many domain redirects might be considered too many?
