Can any of the new pop-up blocker software prevent windows from opening due to normal events, like mouseovers and OnClick, activated via JavaScript?

I paid $20 for Pop-up Stopper Pro. Works great. I can turn it off for certain sites. And if I need to open a pop-up windown on an onclick event, I just disable with an icon it installs in the browser's tool bar.
