There is a command line program called wget, it will make an http request for you. Just set it up as a scheduled task to get a timed asp process. (Sorry I can't remember where I got it from but it is freeware)

IanTurner, thanks for the reply. I dont't leave my computer on all the time. Is there anything that I can do on the server itself?

If you have full access to the server - run wget on the server instead of on a client. It works just as effectively.

Can you not auto-forward any emails hitting the account to your cell phone, like 555-555-5555@verizon.net?

RossWal: No, the cell phone service provider rejects any email that dosen't have the right email address in the "To" field. Moreover I want grab only some particular emails, parse them and send that parsed data only.
