Not a good combination

Our site uses Silvertream, which is mainly java with a few bits of javascript dotted around.

We're having severe issues with people being able to surf our site - they can't move once on our home page, unless they disable Norton Security.

I can't find anyone else using this combination, but do you wizards have any ideas without waiting for Symantec or Silverstream to get around to doing something about it? (As if!)
