Hi:

I have had my site up for almost a year now. During that time I have accumulated a fairly sizable database of basic customer data (sizable to me, small compared to the 'big guns').

What I am wanting to do is take that data (addresses, zip codes, order specifics, etc.) and analyze it to get a better picture of who my 'typical' customer is, or if I even have a 'typical' customer.

I have used MapPoint, which gives a good basic visualization of the data I have. But I am looking for a little more robust analysis of the data.

I know mailing list and direct marketing companies provide this service, but I don't think I have enough data or budget to go that route - and I would prefer to do it in-house.

Does anyone know of an off-the-shelf program that will do this - preferably one that will accept Excel or .csv files?
