If your cart software offers that - it then should have the list I would think. I put together a spreadsheet a few years ago similar to what you are asking after I just searched thru a few different websites. I take it there is not a way to just disable it as well if they are not in the United States? -Corey

We used a catch-all "Not Applicable" option in the state field, just for this particular purpose!

We ship throughout the European Union. No "State" field required anywhere.
