Which one can do this?

I already have web hosting and a SSL certificate. I am looking for a shopping cart now though. I want to be able to use my existing catalog, add a "add to cart" button to each of my products. Then, when someone does, it pops up a small shopping cart window and you do all the checkout through that...Anyone know of one that does that?

Anyone else? And does that work with ASP? What makes that one better than others?

"it pops up a small shopping cart window"

As in a pop-up window? What about those people who close pop-up windows (they are always adverts) before they load? What about those who use software to block pop-ups?

Is it a good idea? I don't think it would be.

Good point...So let's skip the pop up window. Any other reason people like Mal's? Anyone heard of ACT1 Interactive?

mals ecommerce will do exactly what you want as per:
>>I want to be able to use my existing catalog, add a "add
>>to cart" button to each of my products. Then, when
>>someone does, it pops up a small shopping cart window and
>>you do all the checkout through that

except it won't "pop up" the shopping cart window which i think you've already agreed might not be a good idea.

mals-e will make it very very very simple to do what you need. i think it'll be free of charge as well.

you won't need ASP etc - mals-e is a remote shopping cart - the cart is on their server, not yours, so no need for any server scripting on your site at all.

>>What makes that one better than others?
i'm not saying it's better than others, but it does exactly what you asked for.

whether "what you asked for" is the most suitable set up for your business or not is another matter entirely.

Thanks Crazy_Fool!

I got Mal's and put it on my site. Works pretty well! Thanks for everyone's advice!
