I've been having trouble pulling up past transactions with Linkpoint the past couple days. And I've also had at least one customer tell me the shopping cart would not take her information. I haven't had ANY orders in 3 days. Is anyone else having these problems?
They've moved to new servers, but more importantly, if your cart is using an older version of the linkpoint API to process your orders, you need to upgrade. http://www.linkpoint.com/viewcart/down_index.htm has the latest API's.
