can i do like this i transfer my bussiness money to personal and have check made in my name instead of company as in bussiness account they give check for bussiness name? is this ok?

yeah, I've done that before. I don't think its against the TOS. Althought that was awhile ago, I no longer use my paypal account.

You can have more than one PayPal account as long as you use a different name, email address, bank account, and credit card (if applicable). If you are trying to collect money via a business account and then transfer money via check - a personal account may not work as it has it's limits every month. Of course if you are doing a direct deposit(ACH) you simply add your personal bank account to your business paypal account and do it that way.
