We've a new UK client who wants to sell simple educational CDs into the US & Canada (ie - very small envelope)
Price = $35 each + shipping.
Do they need to fill out a customs declaration for every order they send or do they need to do anything other than put a stamp on it?
Any other implications re tax/customs?

Yep, anything sent outside the EU needs a cn22 customs sticker
