wll6568, just know that paying over the internet is a very new thing for people from China, most people do not have credit cards, let even Master, Visa or something like that.
I had a site once with lots of traffic, from China, I now know that this is a very difficult market to step into when it comes to online sales/ecommerce.
But who knows; stepping in will get you a front position in this exploding market piece on this planet if it comes to growth and future expectations. Good luck!

I have a solution that takes Chinas On-Shore Credit Cards as payment and then sents you the money thru a wire. The Chinese government has a branch called the FCC that regulates how much money they send offshore.

I thought any CC mechant solution could accept payments from anywhere in the world? My problem was to accept payment from China's ATM transaction.
