Hello, I am using Geocities for my personal webpage. Geocities is a great website supporter, but I do not like the constant pop-ups that block the page partially.
Any type of HTML coding, or software I need to use to block it.
P.S - If software, is there any free ones?

There's Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, and WinXP SP2. Also, a bunch of add-ons for IE do this.
I recommend Firefox, but then, I'm biased. (It sure is awesome though, really.)

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com], Spiro.
While drbrain is right with the recommendations for browsers, I think you mean that you want to block the pop-ups for your users, not just for yourself.
While I understand that you don't like the popups on your site, the only way you are going to get a popup-free experience for your visitors is if you switch to paid hosting. There are a load of hosting companies out there which offer real hosting for less than $5 a month.

Yeah, Geocities isn't that bad- the ads can be minimized or even got rid of. They don't really get in the way. And obviously you wouldn't want to get rid of them with code because they'll find you and wipe your site...
The only problem I notice is that they generate about 20 html errors!
But yeah, go to getfirefox.com and get an updated browser for free.

Yes, get FireFox and enjoy popup-free browsing and a whole host of other great features (not to mention faster browsing). But don't stop there; once you've tried FireFox, "advertise" it heavily on your Geocities site! Tout how it kills popups and is the fastest thing on wheels when it comes to browsing. You'll wind up with people thanking you for recommending such a great browser.
