Does any one know statistics on browsers that have cookies turned off ?

I found an old page ( [danzen.com...] - 1999) that states: | The current Internet Advertising Bureau statistics for cookie acceptance is 90%. |

I would be interested in more recent statistics as well, collected over a wide sample.

Thanks for looking.
I didnt spend a ton of time but I couldn't find anything. I guess if they can't be set, statistics are hard to come by.
