I'm wondering is there any free program (php or software) that can crawl my website to check if there any link invalid. Since I have over thousand links and it takes alot of time to check each link by hand.

Do a search on Google for Xenu, which is a standalone Windows app.

I don't know if you are using any program for your web site, but FrontPage2002 has a built in link checker.

I always used W3 link checker, but switched to Xenu a few months back after seeing it recommended a lot. It is much better.
