Hope I have the right forum.
Since removing ISP software from a computer and re-networking to a shared broadband service, we are only allowed to access https pages.
http pages are "forbidden" "Access denied by access control list"
We have located the access control in the network controls, but there is no obvious way or ability to edit what is and what is not forbidden.
Hi, Couldn't find a lot on this, but try this from Microsoft. [microsoft.com]
The only other info stated that the ISP connection was corrupt and to reestablish it.
