Using tables like frames

Hi guys

Is it possible to use tables like frames in the sense that you click on a link in one cell and it changes the contents of the other cell only.

You could use iframes for this though.

You can if you make the page dynamic with PHP or something. Just to let you know that there is an alternative to frames :)
