What's a good alternative to frames?

Like most I try to avoid ever using frames if possible for SEO reasons, especially on a main page.

However, I am building a small site where the main content is another companies site, and I can have a heading, with a banner, and links. Is there another way of placing that information up there without using tables, and still keeping both sites seperate?

I don't think a shared border, or page include would work. I am assuming no, but I thought I would ask.
