Netscape Navigator has added a new feature that could make a difference to SEO, especially if they regain a significant portion of their lost market share with an AOL-style marketing blitz.
The new browser lets you enter a search term directly into the location window - click on the browser's search button, and results are returned directly from Netscape Search.
If a lot of people start using that feature, those top two Netscape spots from GoTo might get very valuable indeed.
How is this different from the location window search in NS4? Type in a search term, hit enter. NS never promoted that too well, nor is it intuitive.
