HTML is not dead, but it is being superceded. You should at least code all new pages using XHTML transitional, and fix up old pages as you have time.

SO basically I can run my site though the XHTML conversion [chami.com...]
and things should be okay...XHTML is really just a tighten up version of HTML if I am not mistaken....

The program is FREE first of all and second I am trying to find out information on this program I want to know if it works in the XHTML transfer that is not...NO friend no affliation what so ever..Just trying to find out some info if that is okay

For those who need to simply convert their HTML to XHTML, the free program referenced earlier in this thread is a bit of an overkill as it is pretty large. The portion of that program which performs the conversion is the same one offered by the w3c strictly for this purpose. The w3c's program [w3.org] is downloadable, quick and very much to the point.
