I want to be able to offer on my site the ability for someone to fill out a form and then this information is put into a webpage that is posted instantly. I know this will involve quite some coding, and I want to know where i could get some information on how to do this. Thanks.

If you hunt around cgi script directory sites you can find quite a few scripts that claim to do what you're looking for. I can't say if any of them are any good, but hotscripts.com and cgi.resourceindex.com both have quite a few scripts you could test out.

Welcome to Webmaster World.

You can do this with server site scripting of some sort. There are books written on the subject. It somewhat depends on your webserver on what's available. On a Windows server, for example, you could use Active Server Pages, along with some database functionality. On Linux, there are a number of scripting technologies. Do you know more about what platform you are running under?
