Can anyone give me a simple, dreamweaver-based way to create a menu using show/hide layers that behaves the same way as a javascript popup menu?

Looks like everyone's scratching their heads on this one, typophile. I'm not a Dreamweaver user and even if I were, I'm not sure what exact effect you mean by a "javascript pop-up" menu.

Have you tried this Google search on "dreamweaver show hide layers" [google.com]? It seems to uncover quite a few resources.

Always worth checking out the available extensions at Macromedia Exchange [macromedia.com] and Project Seven [projectseven.com] for some inspiration.
