I do that type of thing in Excel. You create columns for all the common elements and then insert the unique elements into empty columns in the right place then concate the whole thing together and then cut and past the concatonated column into notepad. It sounds cumbersome but it is really really fast.

Thanks Dude, Does sound a little confusing due to the fact that I rarely use excel, so I did the next best thing, had someone in house write me a little tool to handle this task. Took him about 10 minutes to do and I'm good to go....appreciate your help though...

It is also very simple to do such things with perl. However, in the example you gave there is a problem. No program, or script will be intelligent enough to split the words in the appropriate place with 'lifeinsurance.com'. If it was 'life-insurance.com' the job is much easier.
