CJ is messed up again
Plus "system improvements" this weekend

Can't login again today.

For the next day or two, I say sales will be 1/4 what they should be, and the system will be broken for 4 more weeks.

Anyone else?

I really wish they would stop blessing us with upgrades nobody wanted and just fix their website. This is getting very old.

Yup...CJ is definitely messed up.

Has anyone had the problem where they show sales in their reports, and under "Commission earned" in Quick Stats you see commissions, but it doesn't reflect in your balance at the top?

When you look under "Review New Transactions" it doesn't show commissions for the past 2 days, even though sales show up in performance reports.

Come on CJ -- Get it together...

A competitor needs to come in and take market share away from these guys. That will wake them up. Right now they're sort of like AT&T from the 80's. Why can't they get a robust system in place? My leads have been very poor since they implemented their most recent change. One of my best merchants was showing consistant daily leads for several weeks and then "bam"... nothing since the improvements. No changes to my advertising, PPC, etc. Why would this happen?

yep They really mess up my last month commission.

Report Earn $400 but I got $175 in direct deposit.

I am sure we going to lost $$$$$$$ due to bad tracking and Report.
Hold on tight and this is going to be a bumping drive.

Here is an example of something fishy going on with CJ:

4-5 days...300 clicks/day in google...12-15 sales/day

All is good.

Then OVERNIGHT, for the next 4-5 days 300 clicks/day...ZERO sales/day.

I emailed the affiliate markting manager, and have heard NOTHING. As a matter of fact, the old affiliate marketing resigned out of the blue. I wonder if this had something to do with CJ. I have been trying to reach him, but no luck.

My reporting is not working..... Transaction reports show 0 for the weekend... as well as new transactions. Also my balance on top hasn't changed since friday... Anyone else seeing this?

not everything is paid right away (for that month). It takes about 30+ days for things to clear.

clicks are counted by CJ, sales have to be uploaded /sent by merchant. That can take time, or as most likely, CJ turned off the reporting for that day.

when i log in today, it shows on the front page a decent amount of money made on sunday (where it shows "yesterdays" breakdown--but, my reports stop on saturday mid-day. There is no announcement of what is going on anymore either...

The mess-up continues. I still cannot get any reliable reporting. I am trying to run a business - I cannot understand how a leading affiliate provider like CJ can screw things up so much. The programming team needs to be replaced!

When employed, if I had allowed such unreliable and inadequate web tools to go out into the public domain I would of been sacked on the spot. How difficult can it be to show consistent reporting from the same database? They seem to have forgotton that peoples livelihoods depend on their services.

Impressions 3,846
Clicks 164
CTR 4.26%
EPM N/A
EPC €0.00 EUR

Is this good, I don`t have earnings.
Did i do something wrong?
Can someone help me?

Well, although the reporting has been delayed, for the first time since the "improvements" at cj, I have had 3 days in a row of what I would consider normal sales levels. I am feeling slightly optimistic about it.

I have had 3 days in a row of what I would consider normal sales levels.

I've had 2. Yesterday, the CJ homepage went down for an hour or there abouts. After that, sales sky-rocketed and have been staying at a good clip. But they had been on the fritz for me for about 2 weeks, where other people have said longer. I half wondered if they did a total system reboot yesterday.

I wasn't sure if the whole tracking thing was true or not, but my sales today and yesterday were double what they have been the past 2 weeks.

Yeah, yesterday was another "normal" day, so that makes 4 in a row for me. I agreee hanna, that it seems like the rolled back or something. whatever it is, i am remaining cautiously optimistic.

I'm getting some slow loading times on certain actions using CJ.

Mmmm... My sales are starting to fall again. Maybe it's not tracking but rather the slow loading times. That would make sense. The visitor is bailing because the page isn't coming up. Click gets logged but the sale ain't gonna happen. *sigh* I have been hardest hit with merchants I use datafeeds for.

Well, running with this theory, that the clicks are not getting through... I worked on a site that did an upgrade where the code was bad. Did some loopy-loop stuff and started back-logging the agents. Not enough to kill the site, but enough so that there was a noticible delay is moving around the site. I wonder if that is what is happening? That their hardware still can't handle the new system.

Latest CJ trouble...

Yesterday, I had about 60 clicks for a new merchant I was trying out. I run ads that link directly to the merchant, so, a click on the ad = a click in CJ...

Well, CJ is showing I have 0 clicks for yesterday, but when I run a report for today, it show the 60 clicks...

So CJ is somehow stuck in the past...

We're seeing several hundred dollars in unresolved commissions. The amount shows up as sales throughout Sept but they are still not shown as LOCKED. These usually get moved over within a week of the transaction. These new ones are over 30 days old. This is crazy. We're moving all our stuff over to other affiliate programs. Can't work with this any more. We've been with CJ for years, but since this "update" our EPC has taken a dive and we are losing money. Can't afford to not change.
