I have about had it with them. I have also read on several other boards that the merchants are pissed too.
I am still owed money from July, they keep saying that tracking is not affected but everything I have done in the past is way down.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.
yes now a days they Su(ck OR x).
I'm perfectly happy with CJ, haven't been affected at all. Some have bad experiences, some have good...
I'm moderately frustrated that the statistics keep on changing, but it's nothing major. if they want to add new statistics pages, that's fine with me. but I'd love it if they left the default the way it's been.
I've been having problems all day with their site not responding, pretty weird for such a large company to have these kinds of issues with basic useability.
been playing up all day
it's the several weeks they have given themselves to sort it out that I find unbelievable.
I nearly fell off my chair when I saw that.
What do they mean in the new announcement about advertisers who have submitted batch file corrections? Does that apply to publishers, or just merchants? I am confused, and definately missing significant sales over this whole mess...
Has anybody been credited "back" sales for the days that there were announced reporting problems, but they said sales were still being tracked?

I had a whole mess of missing batch transactions come through today from several different days. It almost looked like someone reran the batches and compared the new run to the old.
I just noticed that my outstanding balance went down $30. I'm pretty sure I know what it is but do think I could find the transaction somewhere on a report? Heck, I'm still looking. There's no record anywhere.
they need to increase their computing power, that's all. It sucks because I was used to checking reports several times during the day, now it takes several minutes to do that.
