Just a short question: what kind of technology do you use to realize your affiliate sites? Do you use pure HTML or do you use dynamic technologies like PHP, ASP or JSP?

PHP. Dynamic sites are a PITA to build, but they are SO easy to update and modify once you're done. IMO, the extra effort is worth it in the longrun (assuming you have a viable idea).

HTML (Dreamweaver) for ecommerce sites, PHP-based web program for my directory.
