My advertiser account desperately needs a payment, and the online system won't accept one, or give a reasonable error message (card should be fine). Instead, it's been saying there is an error for about the last 8 hours.
Now, when I call (I left a voicemail this morning at the sales number) there's a message that they're "closed for a company event". Business must be good for them to be closing their sales office. Or very, very bad.
You think the sales staff and the customer service people are busting code in the basement trying to get this stuff out? When I upgrade my site I don't take my agents off the phones all at once to tell them about the changes. I don't even take them all off at once for the Christmas party.
