I'm looking for a piece of software that will allow me to combine BF and LS banner ads so that I can independantly watch clickthroughs AND rotate banners for both programs... (BTW my budget for this script is the coin I toss on which affiliate program to use today.. :-P)

I'm also looking for a script that will allow users to search through affiliates for certain products or names. I need a small script without ASP and SSI's. (JS or PHP would be nice... Perl and CGI I can work with if I have to) Again, budget is 0, so I'm wondering if there are any free scripts out there.

If nobody has seen free scripts, are their any programmers willing to work for 5% of sales on a 100,000+ page views/month web page?

Many perl scripts for ad rotation and tracking can be found here [cgi.resourceindex.com].

As far as scripts that search through affiliate programs, I have only seen ones that search Amazon and possibly a couple others. You may want to create several pages on your site promoting the affiliate programs and install a site search on those pages.

The problem with those software packages is that they rotate banners, not scripts... I can arrange my linkshare banners through there, but their reporting features no longer work. Reporting.net doesn't work at all, because most of the banner calls don't work...

As for the mall-type software, I current have 172 affiliates, including all the major "private offers"... Most of these places change their banners about once a month, and some change once a week... There's no way with a single set of pages to keep up with a decent search... Having a database of HTML scripts to run that can be searchable and executable would be much more preferable. But I have yet to find anything even close to that.
