Need Affiliate Program Solution that Recruits Affiliates for You

I am looking into getting an affiliate program going to increase my traffic even more. I have contacted a few companies about it but they all stated that they do not actually recruit associates for you. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if their are any programs that do everything, including the recruiting.
Thank you in advance

Best bang for the buck is to go out and recruit them yourself :).

There are a number of programs that claim to do this. I guess they harvest the emails from sites and send your pitch.

Anyone have experience with such a program? Also, for the guy who said do it yourself, please offer some tips.

isn't that basically what CJ does?

it is expensive, though.

Yeah. I mean the harvesting email part doesn't take that long. The cut and paste messages aren't going to get much play.

I'm sure a motivated human would outperform the robot every time.

Trade Doubler will do this for you - guess they just open up their black book of decent publishers and suggest they look at your program. not sure what the cost of this 'service' is.
