I need a script that can do the following.
Rotating Advertisments in one space. So that i may choose any number of banner ads or buttons to rotate throughout the month in one advertising slot.

Example:
This is what i mean by a rotating ads.
I wish to have a roating advertising slot and charge say $25 for each ad over a month. With a limit of 30 advertisers per month.
For example: If in January - 6 adverts were placed. In Febuary - the adverts would rotate 6 times throughout the day. So...
24 hours in one day , divided by 6 = 4.

So each day each advertiser would get 4 hours each day in the slot throughout Febuary.

Now if only 1 advertisers ordered in Febuary - that ad would display all day, every day throughout March.

If in March 30 advertisers ordered ( my set limit amount ), each day of April would rotate each advert equally - 30 times.

I also need to be able to have some advertising slots as per 1000 impressions. So that i could add several advertisments in that slot for set amount of pay per impression and when each ad has recieved its impressions it would automatically serve the following ad - in the order that they are added.

I also need to be able to have a slot where i can place a price on a click through, so if ad advertiser were willing to pay $5.00 per click... i could set that to 100 clicks ( if there budget was $500 ).

Finally i need to be able to have a slot where i can put a advertisment for a set amount of time ( per month for example )before it automatically changed to the next ad in the que.

I would want the whole thing to run in a que... so that if i had several advertisers... each one would recieve there ads... in the order that the payments were recieved.

The following question is important!

Would anyone know if it is possible to use a third part payment system like paypal or stormpay to send some code to my script upon reciept of payment... the code would run the script on my site and serve the advertisments, so that i would not have to log in and set them up manually. The whole thing would run automatically.
