IF CJ & Linkshare are bad, who do I go with? direct with sponsors? sore66 msg:547414 1:31 am on Feb 3, 2006 (gmt 0) I have a GREAT clean URL and am going to ramp up my mainstream affiliate marketing.
I have a Linkshare account and my CJ was de-activated (like others).
Since I read so many bad things about both Linkshare and CJ, I am wondering if there are any other sponsor aggregators (especially in Asia/Europe) who are easy to deal with that I should join?
(Payment in non-US$ is ok, but I need the sponsorship aggregator site to be in english or easily navigated thru a translator).

CJ and linkshare seem to work for many people so I don't know why you think that they are so bad.
Yes there are plenty of private label affiliate programs that are also good, so once you know which area you want to target, use your favorite search engine and search for " whatever program affiliate program" and you should be able to see a few different programs.

I am only saying they are bad based on what I read here about accoutns being shut off with payment still owed.
My cj account was recently closed due to inactivity, so now I have to go thru the whole d&mn process all over again.
What a waste of time!

Can anyone tell me if Linkshare also pays for leads generated or only for sales? Also, what kind of websites do they like? Any specific topic...?

Can anyone tell me if Linkshare also has pay-per-lead programs and what kind of sites they generally approve? I have a site that provides information on credit cards - will that do?
Thanks in advance
